Privacy Policy

This site collects the minimum data required to run a store, a service desk, and a mailing list. This page states plainly what is collected, why, and what you can do about it.

What I collect

  • Newsletter signups (Join the Court): your email address and the platform interests you select.
  • Pilot and service applications: the contact details, storefront links, social handles, and project details you submit through the application forms.
  • Commission correspondence: the contact channel you choose, project references, and the agreement records I keep to prevent fraud on both sides.
  • I do not run accounts, profiles, or behavioral tracking on this site. There is nothing else to collect.

How it is used

  • Subscriber emails receive release announcements and store news. Nothing else.
  • Application details are used only to review your request and reply to you.
  • Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with marketers. It is not disclosed to third parties except where the law requires it.

Third parties

  • No advertising networks or analytics providers touch your data on this site.
  • Purchases completed on external storefronts (Gumroad, Jinxxy, Fab, or the Second Life Marketplace) are governed by those platforms' own privacy policies.
  • If you contact me through X or Proton Mail, that correspondence is governed by those services' policies.
  • If payment processing or email delivery services are added to this site in the future, this page will be updated before they go live.

Cookies and storage

  • This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no cross-site tracking.
  • Only essential technical storage required for the site to function may be used.

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Requests are honored promptly.
  • Depending on your jurisdiction (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. All of those requests can be made at the same address and will be honored.
  • No automated decision making or profiling is performed on your data.

Data retention and security

  • Subscriber and application data is held privately and retained only as long as it serves the purpose you gave it for, or as long as agreement records must be kept for fraud prevention.
  • Reasonable technical measures protect stored data against unauthorized access.

Children

  • This site and its services are not directed at minors. Mature-rated sections are intended for adults 18 and older. I do not knowingly collect personal data from minors, and any such data found is deleted.

Changes to this policy

  • Any change to this policy is posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes (such as adding payment processing or analytics) will be reflected here before they take effect.
